Delivery & Return Information
We aim to despatch your order by courier in 1 to 2 working days, however during busy periods our picking and packing time may be 3-4 days.
Once your order is despatched you will receive an email from us to include all relevant information to the delivery.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
UK VAT is applicable as follows at the standard rate of rate, being 20%
VAT will be charged on all deliveries within the UK.
VAT will be charged on deliveries within the EU, unless ordering as a registered EU businesses and if a valid VAT number is provided.
VAT will not be charged to customers outside of the EU.
Firstly please email email@example.com for a returns reference within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. No goods will be accepted without a returns reference and copy invoice.
Correctly Supplied Goods
Goods may be returned, at the customers cost, if complete, in a re-saleable condition and have not been fitted. A refund, credit or exchange will be issued as requested. Please contact Kippax Moto in advance in order to obtain a returns reference. Please note your returns reference on your copy invoice and enclose with the goods.
Incorrectly Supplied Goods
A full refund or exchange is offered for goods that are incorrectly supplied.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc, you may require it in the event of a claim with your carrier.
Please advise Kippax Performance of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.
Kippax Performance does not accept any responsibility for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of goods whether allegedly faulty or incorrectly supplied.
